aaaajl Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the aaaajl platform (accessible at aaaajl.org and any associated subdomains, mobile web applications, and related services, collectively the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, including but not limited to aaaajl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any aaaajl account you may have created. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aaaajl ("the Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming platform operating in compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory standards.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the aaaajl Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing gaming and gambling activities regulated by PAGCOR.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of aaaajl or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with aaaajl or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator.

aaaajl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the aaaajl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. aaaajl is not liable for any loss arising from the provision of inaccurate registration data.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaajl login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must notify aaaajl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. aaaajl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

aaaajl may require identity verification at registration or at any subsequent point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aaaajl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and Bitcoin, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at aaaajl's sole discretion.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are each set at ₱100 (Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional period.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the aaaajl Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless the player selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case the applicable cryptocurrency amount and prevailing exchange rate will apply.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. aaaajl reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be withheld or delayed pending completion of KYC verification, resolution of a bonus wagering requirement, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable AML regulations. aaaajl will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by aaaajl are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings. The following general conditions apply to all aaaajl bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. One bonus per player, household, device, and IP address applies unless otherwise stated.
• aaaajl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Players accept that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that no system, strategy, or pattern of play guarantees a profit. aaaajl is not liable for any financial loss incurred through gameplay, whether from standard play or from reliance on purported betting systems.

Sports betting odds are set by aaaajl's sports data providers and are subject to change up to the point of event commencement. aaaajl reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced, in cases of obvious pricing errors, or where evidence of match manipulation is identified.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaaajl Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registration or play by any person under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to defraud the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be reversed.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the aaaajl Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aaaajl Platform — including but not limited to the aaaajl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary property of aaaajl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from aaaajl is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaaajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, lost profits, loss of data, or service interruption, regardless of whether aaaajl was advised of the possibility of such damages.

aaaajl's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds currently held in your aaaajl account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits aaaajl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

aaaajl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at aaaajl.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. aaaajl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

11. Responsible Gaming

aaaajl is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications for time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your aaaajl account and opt out of all marketing communications.

Upon termination of an account for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no violation is found following investigation, any verified remaining balance net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting aaaajl support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have already accrued.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aaaajl Platform shall first be submitted to aaaajl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

aaaajl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect.
